We had a great time at the place, great host very responsive and friendly !! Great apartment with great bedrooms, very close to the sea and in the middle of Santa monica. Strongly recommend!! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great stay here! The place is super private and cozy, a wonderful thing in a city like Los Angeles. We honestly didn’t want to leave the house due to how peaceful it was. Great shower, kitchen, and the bed with straight view to the TV is awesome. Additionally, the hosts were super communicative and available for anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for new years eve. We booked around 10/11 am and Agi got back to me within 10 minutes so we were able to check in at 4 pm as soon as we arrived in LA. The place did have amenities such as bodywash, shampoo & conditioner, and a blowdryer which was extremely helpful because I forgot a blowdryer. Agi and the other hosts were very helpful when it came to figuring out where to go since it was a little confusing a first but after we found it everything went smoothly. It smelled great when we walked in. There is air conditioning and heating which aims right at the bed which was perfect for our cold night. The TV was veryyy large and perfect for unwinding for the night. Agi and the hosts were extremely sweet and kept checking in on us- not in an annoying way, but in an extremely helpful way. Overall, our stay was amazing especially for a last minute new years plan. We will definitely be booking here again!

Our group included two children, ages, three and seven, all the way up to age 70. Small pool at cluster 7 and playground were 1 minute away by foot. The Wyndham resort Turtle Cove pool and beach for a 10 minute drive.. parking is $18 and I reserved day passes for thecabanas at the Wyndham Rio turtle cove pool through an app called Resort Pass . There are 4 bathrooms, plenty of hot water and beach towels. Great AC, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer. WiFi. Keyless entry to condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. Big TV, wrap around couch perfect for family time. Easy 2 story walk up to front door. Grocery store 15 mins away. San Juan 30 mins or longer depending on traffic. Four showers, great kids bedroom including a bathtub. Quiet, spacious. No bugs. Enormous washer and dryer, can accommodate 10 towels from the beach.

If I could give ten stars I would! Super close to UCLA medical and restaurants on ocean park. The house is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Most of all, the service and responsiveness is unmatched. Thank you for a great stay!

Very safe neighborhood. Easy access to get to the highways. Grocery, coffee nearby. Super easy to work with host. We booked last minute. Three small kids and three adults. Very comfortable space. Thank you!

Great location, walking distance to best coffee and bagels in LA. (Layla’s bagel). Penmar Golf course is down the street which is nice to walk around, especially with a dog and young kiddo.

We had the most amazing experience with Agi! Rebecca was incredibly kind, responsive and super helpful! My family had to leave our home due to a pipe leak and it was a very stressful time for us. Finding somewhere where we could bring our two large dogs seemed like a daunting task. We could not have felt more at home! The home itself is not only beautiful but very spacious with a great outdoor area. My kids and dogs felt right at home immediately! During a very difficult time, we were treated so well, it eased our stress immensely! I know where we’re going if we ever need a place for our family again! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Had a great stay here while we were in town for some business. Awesome neighborhood and super clean apartment with all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Santa Monica to stay at Agi’s!

The guesthouse was exactly as described. We really appreciated the ability to bring our dogs with us, with the surrounding neighborhood beautiful for walks. It was exactly what we needed!
